Through collaborative care, secure, affordable, and dignified housing solutions for independent adults and those seeking affordable living options. We aim to foster a supportive & nurturing community where our residents can reclaim stability, their independence, renew their faith restore their future and hope.

We are providing a sense of hope and security to those who need it the most. By creating safe and affordable housing options, which are helping to break the cycle of poverty and homelessness. This is an admirable goal that we can all support. Through our shared homes, we aim to inspire hope, foster meaningful connections, and help individuals overcome their challenges together.

What is HHCL?

Hearts of Hope Collaborative Living (HHCL) is a independent living community dedicated to supporting individuals as they transition from homelessness or hardship toward stable, empowered living. Located in Colorado, HHCL offers more than just a place to stay—we provide a nurturing, structured, and spiritually grounded environment where residents are seen, heard, and supported in every area of life.

We serve adults who are ready for change, willing to take the next step toward independence, and committed to participating in a positive, communal living experience. Our residents often come from shelters, recovery programs, incarceration, or unstable housing situations—and at HHCL, they find not only shelter but belonging, purpose, and hope.

We are specifically dedicated to helping individuals who are transitioning from unstable, unsafe, or unsustainable living conditions. Our residents often come from backgrounds marked by trauma, instability, or marginalization—but each one is met with dignity, respect, and the opportunity to start fresh and faith based guidance.

Our 5 Step Process

Follow these simple steps to find your perfect living

arrangement and become part of our community.

Step 1: Contact Us

Reach out to us by phone or email to inquire about our housing availability. Email is the preferred way to ensure a prompt response.

Step 2: Intake Process

Submit the online intake form, and an intake specialist will contact you shortly (no application fee). We'll assess your specific needs and clarify any questions.

Step 3: Tour Home

Book a tour to see our clean, secure, and affordable home in person. This allows you to experience the environment firsthand.

Step 4: Placement

After approval, submit the first month's rent and a non-refundable community fee to reserve your room. You can then choose your desired living space.

Step 5: Sign the Contract

Complete the month-to-month membership agreement and sign all required documents. You’ll then be ready to move into your new home.

Is there a waiting list to live at Hearts of Hope Collaborative Living?

Yes, there is a waiting list for our shared home. However, we encourage you to apply as soon as possible to be added to the list.

Who is eligible to join HHCL?

Adults 21 and older who are capable of independent living. We welcome individuals transitioning from incarceration, facing housing instability or simply seeking a fresh start - including veterans, seniors without support, and displaced individuals.

What does the monthly fee include?

How long can I stay?

Participants sign a month-to-month agreement, allowing continued housing as long as community expectations are met.

Can I bring my own furniture, kids or pets?

Unfortunately, no. In order to maintain a comfortable clutter-free space, all homes are fully furnished. Program participants are limited in what they can bring, and storage space is minimal. Also, no children or pets are allowed in the homes. While we understand the importance of caring for loved ones, our housing program is designed for adult individuals only.

Are your home private of shared?

We offer both shared and private room options based on availability and your needs.

Is there a CURFEW?

Yes, curfew is 11:00PM. Quiet hours are enforced to maintain a peaceful, respectful living environment 

What does the screening process involve?

Applicant must:

Be 21 or older

Have verifiable income

Provide valid Identification 

Agree to program rules and curfew

Pay a non-refundable community fee and first months program fee

If being discharged from a hospital or treatment facility, a preliminary assessment is required to determine eligibility for independent living.
